My Texas Estate Plan, PLLC, is a law firm created specifically for the people of Texas and their estate planning needs. The name represents the central vision and belief valued by me and my team.

I am Casey Cook, the law firm’s attorney and managing member. My staff and I work closely with clients to ensure that each client’s estate plan is tailored specifically to meet their needs and intentions. With our legal experience and client-oriented focus, we are able to provide comprehensive estate planning that allows our clients to feel secure about their personal business and estate planning. Our estate planning process provides an opportunity for clients to confidently say, “This is my Texas estate plan.”

I work with clients to develop specifically tailored plans that help them achieve their estate planning and/or business planning goals. I am licensed in Texas, am a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and am on the East Texas Estate Planning Council. I have also been recognized on the 40 Under 40 list of attorneys in Texas.

I work with a support staff that includes case managers, business development directors and a social media manager. They maintain day-to-day operations by making sure clients receive and fill out necessary documents, preparing and collecting documents for clients to review and approve and helping prepare cases for final review and implementation. Most importantly, they make sure clients are supported and cared for at every stage of the process. My current staff includes:

Some staff members have been case workers with the state, and some of them have 15 years’ experience or more in the financial services industry – one was a financial planner for 15 years and has been able to protect millions of dollars from estate taxes.
